Individual Therapy
How It Works
Relationships are hard work...
Relationships are hard work and prove stressful, and when we experience life transitions or trauma, it impacts our thoughts, feelings, and behavior which can in turn impact our relationships and our own mental health, of course.
Let’s work together to unravel what has been bottled up and explore other possible outcomes to navigate these relationships in a better, healthier way.
I work with individuals navigating through parenthood or relationships with their children (even babies who can drive us a little nuts), transitioning to marriage or divorce (or just surviving the relationship they are in), those ready to heal through relationship trauma, and changing codependent and/or other unhealthy relationship patterns.
I work through a psychodynamic, client centered, trauma informed, narrative therapy framework and I work very collaboratively to navigate things as they come to walk along side you, guiding and supporting you toward a happier relationship with yourself and others.
